IPS did a great job for our 3-stop move which included moving a piano up a 4-floor walk-up. Andre... was very responsive and accommodating during the scheduling process in the couple of weeks prior and the 3 movers were professional, punctual (early even!) and did not waste time getting things moved. Great value for price, definitely recommend!read more

I moved last week, a colleague recommended Jason. These guys were great, easy to set up the move,... on time, courteous, super efficient. Next time, I'd know not to bother packing my clothes because they wrap the chest drawer, all the drawers and things inside. They've got all the tools like huge boxes to put many small banker boxes inside and roll them to the truck with a thing on wheels. I would recommend!read more

I was desperately looking for movers that wouldnt give me a headache. But then I stumbled on to IPS... Movers which they were so amazing and very professional. They helped me step by step of the process and very experienced. Andre was amazing which I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! He answered every questions that I ask and went above and beyond which is truly a plus. Our move went incredibly well thanks to IPS. Luis and his team were very professional, fast,... efficient, handy, and a pleasure to work with. They made it all happen for us, whatever we needed throughout the move, it got done. They also carefully packed up much of our apartment including breakables and the entire kitchen. We would highly recommend IPS and will of course use them again in the future. 5 stars all around!read more

Where do I start? From the first point of contact I was impressed! Andre listened to my concerns... and gave me a quote! Believe me I had over 30 companies calling my phone,
I then got to meet Luis that was the icing on the cake! They took care of my furniture, properly wrapped and all I did was just sit and watch and point ( like the tv commercials) I was impressed with the guys being polite and on time (2 days move)I even received furniture placement tips, I was so happy i hugs each and every one of the workers and I highly recommend this company!!! You guys rocks!!!!!!read more

IPS NYC movers are simply amazing! They made the moving process so seamless for my husband and I.... We just used IPS services for the second time and couldn't be more pleased with their level of professionalism and hard work. They conducted our long distance move about one year ago from Boston to NY when my husband and I got married. We also placed some of our belongings in one of their storage units at a very reasonable price. It was also one less hassle not having to shop around for a storage unit. This past weekend they conducted our local move helping us settle into a new apartment with such ease by having all the furniture set up. Our new apartment is a second floor duplex and they did an awesome job getting all the furniture settled in. I highly recommend IPS for your next move!read more

Diego, Luis, and Lex helped me move my 1 bedroom apartment across town and it was some of the best... money I've ever spent. They showed up early, handled everything with great care, and were absolutely pleasant and professional the whole time. They even went back to grab an item that I had forgotten about. I would highly recommend these guys and can't thank them enough.read more

These guys are true pro's. I cant believe I just didn't find them before. I spoke with Andre on the... phone and he was very understanding of my situation. He was very sure that he could do my move in 2hrs when other companies told me between 3-4hrs. I was in disbelief that his team did the job in 2hrs in the most professional matter. The guys moved everything carefully, Installed our bed and didn't damage anything. Thank you to Jose and his associates for the help!! Definitely would recommend this company to anyone who needs a move.read more

Jose, Cali, Luis, and Luis did an incredible - and swift - job! They moved my entire living room... out before I even finished the paperwork. They were very professional, personable, and polite! I moved with IPS NYC Movers about two months ago and had an excellent experience. The movers... (Diego, Danny, and Daryl) were very professional and extremely efficient as the entire move took only 2 hours. The movers were also extremely respectful of some personal issues I was having that day and were patient with waiting for me to arrive to my new location. All of my items were safely delivered and the price they charge is very fair. Even when there was a discrepancy with my total balance, the manager immediately issued me a proper refund. I highly recommended IPS movers.read more

Luis and Antonio have been amazing. Their team packed my items safely and quickly, and they gladly... offered me storage when my move-in date changed unexpectedly. They also took time out of their schedule to meet me at storage to retrieve items I needed, patiently working with me to sort through my things. I cannot recommend this business more highly, definitely the best and most friendly movers I have ever worked with in NYC!read more

Just about every single box, piece of furniture, etc. had damage to it. I have a 12" scratch in my... new hardwood floors. A 9" scrape in solid wood and missing piece of metal leg in my desk. My solid pine bed has a chip and a dent in two different places from being dropped both outside on the street and inside my new apartment (the latter which caused the 12" scratch in my floor). My lamps and similar items were placed without any protection into a wardrobe box-- and 4 lamps are broken. My furniture was not placed in protective blankets, like I was told it would be. And my boxes ranged from having holes in them, to being fully ripped open. I was given the estimate that the move would take 4-5 hours, and was charged for 8 hours (the move took 7-- I was told only on the day of the move that they charge an extra hour). I contacted IPS 5 days after my move about my dissatisfaction and the damage and never heard back. I understand that no move is perfect, but the sheer amount of damage, hidden costs, etc., is totally unacceptable.read more
